Scrumptious Food in Sydney, Australia

Before every trip, I search the web, Pinterest, and Instagram for the best cheap eats! I was super pleased with my foodie experiences in Sydney!

1. Tella Balls

Tella Balls was the most delicious! Below is a photo of my boyfriend holding a "Tella Cone" ($7), which is a donut cone with Nutella and ice cream on top. Messy goodness is all I can say about it. On the plate is a "Cronut" ($5), which is a donut/croissant with Nutella and a scoop of ice cream. They also have those crazy extravagant milk shakes ($10) with donuts and other sweets on top. We had to come here more than once for the Tella Cones!

2. N2 Extreme Gelato

They add liquid nitrogen (don't worry, its safe!) into the gelato right in front of your eyes. That may be the special ingredient because this place was also extremely good! The liquid nitrogen also makes the gelato (about $6) so smooth and creamy in your mouth. They even stick a chocolate filled syringe ($1) into your gelato, YUM!

3. Aqua S

Best soft serve (about $5) in Sydney! And the colors of the ice cream with the magical cloud background, this place knows all about insta worthy-ness! They only have a few flavors to choose from, but they are all yummy and change often. I chose 2 flavors mixed with a fairy floss (cotton candy). You can also add toppings for a little extra. The ice cream is as creamy and good as it looks in pictures!

4. The Soda Factory

Although I love my desserts, it's time for actual food! This place is a secret, underground bar. The entrance has no trace of the name, when we were trying to find it, I thought it had moved or went out of business! There was a bouncer outside this little entrance and we asked him and he said "it's right here!" The entrance is an old fashioned diner room with a neon sign saying "Bobby's Boss Dogs." The door inside looks like an old fashioned fridge.

Once inside, its a dim, electric atmosphere with mostly young people. Drinks are expensive but on Tuesdays, they have $1 GOURMET hotdogs, and they're delish! There are five $1 hotdogs to choose from, they have a new one each week. They also have a $2 and $3 hotdog list to choose from on Tuesdays only. We went here every Tuesday after this discovery!
